Not the Pacemaker
Dear Dr, your patient’s pacemaker insertion went fine. I don’t think it’s “giving him pain”. I have however found out what is. Probably has to do with the fall when he originally syncopized from the bardycardia that got him the pacemaker in the first place! Lesson, examine the patient before you put it in!

Maybe he put the pacer there to fill in the indentation from the deformed clavicle.
