Listen people, if you come in complaining of total body itching not responsive to Benadryl, you refuse prednisone, and all of your labs are normal, don’t say “if you don’t figure out what’s going on I’m going to kill myself!”

We get dozens of “suicidal” calls every week. Usually, they’re shocked that now they’re getting evaled, cuz they only said they were gonna kill themselves to get their parents’/spouse’s/lover’s/boss’s attention.
