Don’t Blow a Gasket

When you are blowing on your trumpet and playing your heart out, if you keep getting a severe headache every time you do so, you might want to go and see a neurologist about it.  Who knows, it could just be an “exertional headache” or maybe it’s an aneurysm straining itself whenever you increase your intracranial pressure.

Yes, one day it might just blow and you’ll have an 4th ventricle filled with blood.  Word to the wise.
